Being Human
Studies have proved that EQ is equally or more important than IQ in the success of a person. However, our children might be becoming more fragile growing up in over protective environments. Academic curriculum might be over looking some of these practical aspects.
So, here is a unique workshop focusing on emotions and skills that makes us “human”. The sessions are designed with interesting activities and thought-provoking content on four broad themes
Empathy
Gratitude
Grit
Resourcefulness
While the aim is to establish long-term healthy habits, at the very least, our goal is to provide certain useful tools that encourage reflection and understanding on these themes
Age group: 9-13
Duration: 10 sessions (1.5 hr/session)
Mode: Classroom
